From Sketch To Shipment, A Process You Can Plan Around
As a custom diamond jewelry manufacturer, we follow a defined process, so you know exactly where your order stands. From first concept to final delivery, each stage is planned for clarity, approval, and production accuracy.
CAD Designs
The process begins with CAD design. Based on your sketch, reference image, sample, or product idea, our design team prepares a detailed 3D model of the jewelry piece.
Wax Department
Once the CAD design is approved, the design is converted into a wax model. This wax model acts as the base for the final jewelry piece and helps the team review the shape, proportion, and design details before casting.
Casting Department
After the wax model is ready, the jewelry moves to the casting department. Here, the piece is cast in the selected metal, such as yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, or sterling silver.
Filing Department
After casting, the piece goes through filing. In this stage, extra metal, rough edges, and uneven areas are carefully removed by hand. Filing helps improve the shape, comfort, and surface of the jewelry before it moves ahead.
Pre-Polish
Before diamonds or gemstones are set, the jewelry goes through pre-polish. This helps smoothen the surface and finish areas that may be difficult to reach after stone setting.
Setting Department
In the setting department, diamonds and gemstones are carefully placed into the jewelry. Our craftsmen focus on alignment, secure placement, stone balance, and overall finishing. This stage plays an important role in the final quality of engagement rings, earrings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, bangles, and custom diamond jewelry.
Final Polish
After stone setting, the jewelry moves to final polish. This stage gives the piece its finished surface and prepares it for cleaning and inspection. Final polishing helps the jewelry look ready for retail display, customer delivery, or private label packaging.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Once polishing is complete, the piece goes through ultrasonic cleaning. This process removes dust, polishing residue, and small particles from stone settings, gaps, and detailed areas.
Dryer
After ultrasonic cleaning, the jewelry is dried properly to remove moisture from the surface and small detailing areas. This step prepares the piece for inspection, packing, and dispatch without leaving water marks or residue behind.
Final Quality Check & Dispatch
Before any order is packed, every piece is checked for size, weight, finishing, stone setting, polish, and design consistency. The final jewelry is matched with the approved CAD, sample, or order requirement before dispatch.
